Welcome! This is my 8th year teaching at Churchwell Elementary.  I LOVE teaching 2nd grade! I have lived in Lakeland most of my life and even attended Churchwell as a child for a part of my 6th grade year! I am certified with the State of Florida Department of Education to teach grades K-6, Mathematics 5-9, and Mathematics 6-12.  I also have my ESOL Endorsement and will complete my Reading Endorsement in October. This means that I am highly qualified to teach your child!

I am married to my wonderful husband, Kenny, and we have two sons named Keagan and Landon.  Keagan is 12 years old and is in middle school.  Landon is 10 years old and is in 5th grade at Churchwell.  Both of my children have attended Churchwell since Pre-K.  I feel blessed to be a part of such a wonderful school!

My family is my life and consumes most of my time outside of the classroom. However, in my spare time I enjoy doing anything fun with my family and friends, indulging in reality TV, and cheering on my boys in sports!!
